On Tuesday morning Class 1 invited their parents to ‘Stay and Play’. The children and their parents took part in a variety of activities in our classroom and outside. We all had a great time. Thank you for coming.
In art, the children have been learning about Mayan masks. They have designed some of their own which they will eventually make into an actual mask. Many of the children were so proud of their achievements that they took a ‘selfie’ to put on our wall.
This week, with Mrs Pharoah, our student teacher, we have created Stonehenge models. We made them in groups of 4 or 5 and they look fabulous! We had a variety of materials to use to make our Stonehenge models including polystyrene, plasticine, cardboard, foam, sellotape and corrugated card. Scarlet and Harry A
