Being a Church School

Scole is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School. This means that we have strong links with the Diocese of Norwich, as well as St Andrew’s Church in Scole. Our governing body has two ‘foundation’ governors who have strong links to the church and as a church school the Christian ethos underpins what we do and who we are.

We have regular services in church, such as Harvest, Christmas and Easter. Members of the clergy regularly take collective worship and the school works closely with the Revd Nigel Tuffnell, Priest in Charge of the Benefices of Scole and Redenhall.

As a chuch school we are also subject to an inspection. The report, from October 2017, can be read here.
